THE JOURNEY
of how far we came, in words of mine.

It was all in His plans for me to study in Sydney. Now that I'm here, it's up to me to shine His light.

FLY AWAY TO SYD
on the journey to Sydney.

4 years in Sydney is an awefully long time.
Catch me before I fly away, cause I'm having the time of my life.
Friends come and go, but the close ones never part irregardless of the distance.

And, I forgot to add one thing.

Economics is MATHEMATICS coming to LIFE.

:/

For those who did not know, I went to Tasmania for my Easter break holidays. And stayed in a same village called Poatina.

I'm very busy with school work right now and I still do not have internet access at home. So yea, I'll give an update about Tasmania whenever I bother to blog. :)

The way life was MEANT to be.

A Sumptuous Meal at Home.

The beef patty is cooked by Gabriel.

The vegetables is cooked by Keng Loon - the Master of frying Kang Kong.

And this, is cooked by me!! It's really very delicious! I have friends who can vouch for me. Haha. But that doesn mean I'm going to cook when I'm back in Singapore! :)

I froze my heart and emotions a long time ago.

9 out of 10 times, I do not give much thought to the things I say.

But the 1 time I do speak my mind, you have to listen to me.

I randomly thought of this qoute.

I finally got to use my new racket! And I scratched it in my first game. Darn! But I'm still missing my touch, so we'll see. :)

And I'm proud to say that I'll still have a roof over my head for the next 4 months! Yay. :D

And I watched my first ever Rugby match in a stadium - sans the games that I watched my brother play. Watched it at the Moore Park Stadium. HSBC Waratahs vs Brumbies. Good experience.

Next up on my list - Skydiving.
Expensive but totally worth the experience.
Who's in with me?

are you afraid of death?

"She seemed to know where my heart lay, and was encouraging me to fulfil my dreams. She did not do this through making demands, which she never did, but by providing me with stories - and showing me how to face the past. Despite her having lived a life of suffering and torment, her stories were not unbearable or depressing. Underlying them was a fortitude that was all the time uplifting."

The toilet at home.

In my little place called home in Singapore, I share a toilet with my two brothers. You would think that sharing a toilet with two other people is a bitch. Apparently NOT.

This theory has been proven at Willis Street, home of the ex-Baxter boys. There are 4 people using a single toilet. But none of us fight to use it. :)

-

Life has been pretty plain sailing these days. I no longer have headaches over housing issues. And I'm able to sleep well at night. Well, apart from me suffering from a little cough, I guess all is well.

There are certain things happening around me, and I wished I could be there to help out. But there is nothing I can do about it. Therefore I rather not think about it.

Cheers.

Other than that, I miss my friends in Singapore!! Haha. Okayy. I'm off for more beer and soccer.

Welcome to the liberal world of Sydney, where Italian tourists request you to take photos of their butts on the Pymont Bridge!

What an interesting experience it is for 2 young and innocent ladies.

Mardi Gras is tomorrow. The biggest clubbing event in Sydney. Yay! :)
